A vegan and gluten-free spread/topping/dip made of fine olive oil, garlic and two organic mushrooms—white and shitake—with chili flakes, liquid amino sauce and Himalayan salt for flavor.
Best as topping on our Walnut Batard by My Sarbon or a versatile pairing with pasta, steak , roast chicken, fish salad, rice, quinoa, the list goes on.
Ingredients : shitake mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, oregano, chili flakes, olive oil, Himalayan pink salt, lemon.
Store in a cool, dry place. Upon opening, good for 2 weeks in the ref.
