Our black pepper grind is courser than commercial ground pepper, and is excellent for tabletop application to finish a dish: pepper steak or pork, for example. Most customers prefer the Grind granulation to give the dish a peppery “bite”.
When pepper is harvested and dried out to become black peppercorns, there are impurities included in the production, such as bits of dried leaves, twigs, dirt, pepper skin, etc. We remove 99.75% of that in a 3-stage cleaning process, before processing into whole, ground or grind pepper. Some other manufacturers don’t do that. When you buy our pepper it’s 99.75% pure.
