FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

FAQs:

 1. How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via PayPal (for credit card and PayPal accounts), and bank deposit or online transfer payments via BDO, BPI, and GCASH.

For BDO, BPI, & GCASH Payments, please send a proof of payment together with your Complete Name and Order ID # via email at weareconsciouscollective@gmail.com.

We will send a confirmation receipt together with your delivery schedule and/or courier tracking number once done.

Non-fulfillment to submit proof of payment within 2 working days will result in cancellation of orders to give way for the inventory for the other customers.

2. What is your order cut-off and delivery schedule?

To ensure quality and freshness of our products, all fresh greens and breads are harvested and baked once orders are confirmed.

Cut-off for fresh greens, cakes and bread orders is every Wednesday, 12NN for a delivery schedule of Saturday/Sunday.

All other items in our site such as our biscotti, dips, spreads, and home collection are available for order and delivery anytime.

3. How much is your Shipping Fee and what are your Delivery Options?

We have a fixed shipping fee that covers the following areas: Metro Manila, GMA (Rizal, Cavite, Laguna), and Provincial.

4. Are your products safe for diabetics?

Please note that our Bread, Cakes and Biscotti products contain sugar, which can be harmful to diabetics. Always best to consult a doctor.

5. What is the best way to store your products?

All our bread and cakes are all-natural with zero preservatives. Best to store the bread in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, and cake for up to 2 weeks. Keep both wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.

Our bread and cakes may be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw by wetting the bread a bit before microwaving. Toast right after.

You may prolong the life of our greens by putting 2 unscented paper towel sheets in the bag then re-sealing.

6. Which communities do you support?

We partnered with local farmers and small community businesses, as well as mom- and student-preneurs and artisans in Batangas and Laguna. Each purchase helps support these communities and families.
